Cheryl Livingston Honored with 2011 Iowa Hospital Hero Award |

Cheryl Livingston, Paramedic at Veterans Memorial Hospital
in Waukon, was awarded the Iowa Hospital Hero Award on
October 6th in Des Moines during the Iowa Hospital
Association annual meeting.
In addition to many remarkable community projects
that Cheryl has donated her time to, she has been an active
volunteer with our Foundation as a peer contact, support
group leader, board member, and volunteer presenter.

VINE AND DINE - November 18, 2011 |
The fifth annual Vine and Dine Wine
Pairing Dinner and Auction is scheduled to be held at the
Davenport Country Club on Friday, November 18, 2011.
Location: Davenport Country Club, 25500 Valley Drive,
Pleasant Valley, Iowa
Time: Cocktails 6-7:30 pm, Dinner
will begin at 7:30 pm
Dress Attire: Cocktail
Cost:
$100 per person; Tables of 8 are available for $800
