First Candle is a national nonprofit health
organization uniting parents, caregivers and researchers
nationwide to advance infant health and survival. They are

CJ Center for SIDS:
Recognized as one of the largest, leading
SIDS organizations in the US, the CJ Foundation was founded in
1994 by Joel and Susan Hollander in memory of their daughter,
Carly Jenna, who died of SIDS in 1993. The CJ Foundation
has provided funding for SIDS research projects, organizations,
support programs and public education.

Association of SIDS and
Infant Mortality Programs: ASIP
remains the only professional membership association dedicated
exclusively to serving SUID and SIDS professionals. Since its
inception in 1987, ASIP has provided leadership and support for
state and local infant mortality programs, the professionals who
